Zeekr has confirmed the 001 FR for UAE sale — a four-motor electric car producing 1,265 hp that accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.07 seconds. At AED 389,000, it is the fastest-accelerating production car available in the UAE at any price below AED 1 million.

What We Know

The Zeekr 001 FR uses four electric motors — one at each wheel — in a pure performance configuration. The front axle contributes 500 hp; the rear provides 765 hp.

The 620 km range figure applies in standard driving mode — performance mode with all four motors active significantly reduces this.

Zeekr in the UAE

Zeekr opened its first UAE showroom in Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road auto hub in Q4 2025. The 001 FR joins the standard 001 (AED 189,000), 7X SUV (AED 249,000) and 8X crossover (AED 299,000) in the local lineup.

The brand offers a 5-year warranty and 8-year battery warranty on all UAE models, with a service centre in Dubai.

What This Means for Buyers

The 001 FR at AED 389,000 produces figures that a Porsche 911 Turbo S (AED 679,000) or Ferrari 296 GTB (AED 1,100,000) cannot match on a straight road. For buyers who prioritise straight-line performance and are comfortable with a Chinese brand, there is no comparable value proposition in the UAE.

The 200 km/h top speed limit — deliberately imposed to maintain tyre certification — is the main practical limitation. On UAE motorways with a 120–140 km/h limit, it is irrelevant.
